Terms of Service

Draft Attack (draft-attack.com) is operated by Drive Nicely LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Draft Attack provides fantasy football tools: draft boards, player statistics, statistical projections, and league analysis. You can connect leagues and drafts from third-party fantasy platforms (such as Sleeper) by providing their identifiers; we retrieve publicly available data those platforms expose for them. Draft Attack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL team, or Sleeper; their names and marks belong to their owners.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 13 years old to use the service — and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. You can cancel at any time from billing settings in your account menu — your plan then runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. Our refund policy has the details. We may change plan prices with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.

Don't abuse the service: no scraping or bulk extraction, no reselling or sublicensing access, no reverse engineering, no use that violates the terms of the third-party platforms you connect, and no attempts to disrupt the service or access other users' data.

Projections, rankings, and recommendations are statistical estimates provided for informational and entertainment purposes. They come with no guarantee of accuracy or outcome, and they are not betting or gambling advice. Decisions you make with them are yours.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion by emailing support@drivenicely.com.
